The contract covers the supply of vegetables and fruits in the area of Toruń and Inowrocław. It is divided into 4 parts:1) supply of potatoes and vegetables - Toruń2) supply of fruit group I - Toruń3) supply of potatoes and vegetables - Inowrocław4) supply of fruit group I - InowrocławThe Ordering Party allows the Contractor to submit bids for all or selected parts of the order.
Part 1 of the order covers the supply of vegetables to warehouses in Toruń, in the quantities specified in Chapter IV of the Order Specification, with the characteristics and quality standards included in the OPZ constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.1) The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, before signing the contract, under pain of evasion, submit for review a Civil Liability Policy in the scope of its business, valid for the period of execution of the contract, covering personal and material damage caused by products manufactured, delivered and sold by the supplier. The policy should include information on the terms of liability of the insurer and proof of payment of the premium. The value of the policy shall not be less than the value of the submitted bid.2) Goods delivered under the contract must be free of physical defects and claims of third parties.3) The shelf life of the goods at the time of delivery to the Recipient must not be shorter than that specified in the shelf life requirements contained in the OPZ (Appendix 1 to the SWZ).
