Description
Delivery of 5 wheel loaders on a rental basis including full service package.
1. scope of delivery: delivery (delivery/delivery), commissioning and instruction of the client as well as full service during the entire term; installation of a separate telematics system by the client, data and diagnostic access via Can-Bus;2. operating conditions: Operating time 24/7 (shift operation - high availability required) - operation also in halls with highly dusty environment and fire hazard;- increased corrosion due to use in salt and scrap loading (sea climate suitability);- Temberature range from -30oC to 40oC Handling goods: bark, fertilizer, grain, wood chips, wood pellets, HBI, salt, sand, scrap, chippings, steel ingots, peat, sugar beets.3Technical data (generally applicable and applicable to all 5 units) Please also note the specific requirements under VI.3. Control system:- multifunctional display with status messages, e.g. fill level underrun etc.;- telematics system with data retrieval (operating hours, fuel consumption, load and idling times) and external interface for data retrieval from CAN bus system.13Lighting:- 2 front headlights with high and low beam and integrated indicator with warning indicator function;- 2 additional front headlights (LED);- 12 work lights (LED) in the roof area of the cab (4 at the front, 2 each on the left/right and 4 at the rear);- 2 reversing lights (LED);- combined brake and rear lights with integrated indicator (warning indicator function);- rotating beacon (LED) on the cab roof.14. safety devices:- Exhaust system or exhaust with spark arrester;- Signal horn;- Acoustic reversing warning device;- Front and rear camera according to EN ISO 5006 with 10" display;- Quick coupler with acoustic alarm in unlocked state;- Step and non-slip steps/running surfaces with railing or grab handles;- 1 piece fire extinguisher;- 2 pieces wheel chocks.15. miscellaneous:- bonnet with electric tilting device;- front and rear mudguards with mud flaps;- tools for daily maintenance incl. storage facilities;- internal numbering according to the AG's specifications on the bonnet left/right;- installation of radios provided by the AG.16Attachments:- robust or low-weight design;- overflow protection to prevent damage to the mast;- identical underscrew blades (rotatable);4. commissioning / trial operation: The transport to and from the site, including dismantling and assembly, shall be carried out by the Contractor;commissioning and a one-month trial operation including instruction of the Principal, including any necessary adjustments, shall also be carried out by the Contractor and shall form part of the rental contract; 50 Documentation: For commissioning, the Contractor shall provide the Principal with all the information for the aforementioned devices, including their equipment, on a digital CD.Specifically, these are the following documents:- Declaration of Conformity; maintenance/ servicing instructions including lists of spare parts/parts and circuit diagrams;- operating instructions (additionally twice in paper form); - overview of all wearing parts to be replaced within the scope of the rental period, including their replacement intervals.6Contract basis: Rental start: 1.6.2021; Rental period: 48:- months; - If possible with optional termination of individual devices for the first time after 36 months of operation; - Operating hours: 2000 operating hours per year and per device; - Insurance: The Customer shall take out a fully comprehensive insurance policy based on the currently valid ABMG (General Civil Liability Insurance Act). In addition, the AG shall take out a machine hull insurance;7. full service contents: Within the scope of the full service, the following services are to be provided by the Contractor: labour and travel costs, freight costs, disposal of supplies and consumer goods, provision of lubricants and operating materials, maintenance, inspection and testing incl. material and cleaning as well as timely notification of the Client (at least 50 hours before the due date), preventive maintenance incl. material and cleaning, monitoring of the wear and tear of parts in contact with the ground, including notification of the Client of necessary replacement intervals (the replacement shall be carried out by the Client on separate order), on-call service, response time of max. 4 hours, handling of warranty services, keeping records of work or service reports.8. miscellaneous: Contract The basis is the rental agreement including annex, which will be made available to you in the context of the request for quotation if you participate successfully.
