Framework contract for the KRITIS audit by an auditing body
The external auditing body as contractor will carry out the audit
in accordance with the applicable BSIG (or any laws replacing the BSIG)
as well as the respective valid specifications and guidelines of the BSI,
on the basis of the respective current industry-specific security standard (B3S) Medical
Care of the German Hospital Association (DKG)
using the test standard developed for the B3S by the Medical Care Sector Working Group (BAK) of the UPKRITIS
as a supplement to the B3S, including the notes on this tool in the latest version.

and on the basis of the information compiled by the UMG
carry out, document and create or contribute to the creation of verification documents insofar as
these are to be prepared by the auditing body in accordance with the requirements of the BSI, or contributions by the
the verifying body are necessary.
The audit must also take into account the evidence already provided from the previous
KRITIS verification procedures, in particular in the selection of audit samples and the follow-up of
defect lists.
