The elements of the assignment that may be entrusted to the contractor are : EP, ESQ-PRO, EXE-VISA, ACT, DET, AOR, as well as additional tasks (planning permission file, subsidy files, building permit preparation). The procedures for allocating purchase orders between the 2 contractors are specified in the C.C.A.P.. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of notification. The consultation is launched on behalf of a consortium comprising the City of Nantes and Nantes Métropole (coordinator).
