Description

The subject matter of the contract entitled "Comprehensive project of species and natural habitats protection in the areas managed by State Forests National Forest Holding" in the area of the Stąporków Forest District in the years 2022 - 2023 is a service consisting in performing the following active protection activities on habitats: 1.1. Measure 1 - 7140 Transition mires and quaking bogs (mainly with Schuechzerio-Caricetea vegetation): 1) tree and shrub cutting service with biomass transported,1.2. Measure 2 - 1065 Aurinian Shrike1) mowing service with biomass transport (one mowing per year),2 The place of delivery of the contract will be the administrative area of the Stąporków Forest Inspectorate. Maps with marked locations of the above mentioned activities constitute attachment No. 3 to the SWZ.
The subject matter of the order entitled "Comprehensive project of species and natural habitats protection in the areas managed by PGL Lasy Państwowe" in the territory of the Stąporków Forest Inspectorate in the years 2022 - 2023" is a service consisting in carrying out the following actions of active protection of habitats: 3.1.1 Measure 1 - 7140 Transition mires and quaking bogs (mainly with Schuechzerio-Caricetea vegetation): 1) Tree and shrub felling service with biomass transport, consisting in: a) Felling trees and shrubs in the natural habitat at or below the root neck. Treatment to be performed by hand or light equipment annually (2022-2023) between October 16 and December 15. The work should be performed annually on a total area of 4.55 ha in places indicated by the forester in the Miedzierza Forest District, Kawêczyn Forestry Unit 2c plot 2/1201, Wólka Smolana Forestry District, and in the Niek³añ Forestry District, Bieliny Forestry Unit: 16f, 75i, 75j, 75h, 75r, 76b, 76c, 76i, 76p (total area of the clearings - 13.30 ha) land parcels 16/1202 cadastral boundary Lelitków and 75/1201 and 76/1201 cadastral boundary Wólka Zychowa, b) The resulting biomass should be shredded and scattered on the area in the neighboring clearings indicated by the forester, the fragments of branches remaining after shredding cannot be longer than 30 cm.3Treatment 2 - 1065 Aurinian Shrike1) Mowing service with biomass removal (one mowing per year), consisting of: a) Mowing shall be carried out manually or with the use of light equipment from the inside to the outside of the area of the species habitat from 15 September to 30 October (years 2022-2023), each year on a different area indicated by the forester, mowing at 5-15 cm height. The works should be conducted annually on the area of 1,83 ha in the Niek³añ Forest District, Bieliny Forestry Branch: 11i, 11n, 11p, 11r, 11s, 11t, 11y (total area of cuttings - 8.00 ha) registration plot 1494 precinct Niekłań Wielki, b) the resulting biomass should be transported and deposited on the area of cuttings indicated by the forester at a distance of up to 10 km from the place where the treatment is performed.3.2 The place of execution of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Stąporków Forest District. 3.3 Due to the actual natural and weather conditions that may occur during the execution of the subject matter of the contract, as well as unforeseen economic situation, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make decreasing corrections, increasing corrections, setting new locations, as well as stopping the execution of activities included in the subject matter of the contract. Increasing adjustments do not mean introducing new work not included in the scope of the basic contract, and decreasing adjustments do not mean resigning from part of the work altogether. They should be understood as an increase in the amount of work in one location at the cost of decreasing the amount of work in another location - within the gross value of the subject matter of the contract. The adjustments shall apply to works performed in the area relevant to the works included in the description of the subject matter of the contract. The necessity to increase the size of certain elements of the order during its performance may also occur in order to perform the full scope of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Determination of a new location shall be performed as part of the subject matter of the contract
