Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Forest Act of September 28, 1991, covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding and maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of forest roads, water reclamation, nursery work and meadow and agricultural management, to be performed on the territory of the Silesian Mountain Forest District in the year 2023.The material scope of the subject matter of the order includes the total amount of work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of forest roads, water reclamation, nursery work and meadow and agricultural management, resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.The proceeding is conducted as an open tender on the basis of Article 129 paragraph 1 point 1) in connection with Article 129 paragraph 2 and Article 132 - 139 of the Act of 11.09.2019 of the Public Procurement Law.
The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests, covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of forest roads, water reclamation, nursery work and meadow and agricultural management, to be performed on the territory of the Silesian Mountain Forest District in the year 2023 in forest districts: Wronów, Siciny, Sułków, Łękanów, Zawieścice and the forest nursery in Zawieścice.The material scope of the subject matter of the order includes the total amount of work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding and maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of forest roads, water reclamation, nursery work and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1.1. - planned size of work - package I;Annex No. 2.2. - detailed size of work by group of activities, actions and locations; Annex No. 2.3.1.1. - characteristics of forestry in the field of logging - Wronów;Annex No. 2.3.1.2. - Characteristics of forestry in timber harvesting - Siciny;Annex no. 2.3.1.3. - characteristics of forestry in timber harvesting - Sułków;Annex no. 2.3.1.4. - characteristics of forestry in timber harvesting - Łękanów;Annex no. 2.3.3.1.5. - characteristics of forestry in timber harvesting - Zawieścice;Annex no. 2.3.1.6. - characteristics of forestry in timber harvesting - Slubow;Annex no. 2.3.2. - sorting arrangement of timber harvesting in forestry;Annex no. 2.3.3. - list of distances and conditions for timber skidding;Annex no. 2.3.4. - list of items with additional difficulties in harvesting and skidding;Annex no. 2.3.5. - list of items not available for machine harvesting;Annex no. 2.3.6. - Information on optimal logging technology (potential);Annex No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for weed mowing);The material ranges compiled in the annexes included in Annex No. 2 are estimates.The quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:Annex No. 3.1. - Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forestry work adopted by Decision No. 86 of the Director General of the State Forests dated July 19, 2022. On amending the appendix to Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests dated May 12, 2022 on introducing for use the "Description of the standard of technology of forestry work execution" in the organizational units of the State Forests; Appendix No. 3.2. - Description of the standard of technology of forestry work execution in the Regional Directorate of the State Forests in Poznań adopted by Decision No. 41 of the Regional Director of the State Forests dated October 6, 2022 on introducing for use the "Regional description of the standard of forestry work execution". Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The description of the rules of procedure for the acceptance of forestry work is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, requires the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities within the scope of the contract involving the harvesting and skidding of timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code.
