The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act"), including work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding, as well as work in the field of nursery management and seed production, hunting and meadow and agricultural management, to be performed in the Zlotow Forest District in the years 2024-2025.
The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed on the territory of the Forest District of Zlotow in the years 2024-20251. Communication between the Contracting Authority and Contractors shall be carried out using the e-Contracting Authority platform - procurement.pila.lasy.gov.pl and e-mail, with the proviso that the submission of a tender shall be made exclusively using the e-Contracting Authority platform.2The technical and organizational requirements for sending and receiving electronic documents, digital reproduction of documents in paper form (electronic copies of documents created in paper form) and information transmitted using them are described in the Regulations for the use of the e-Procurement platform constituting Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ. The Contractor, by entering into this procurement procedure, accepts these requirements and the terms and conditions of use of the aforementioned platform. (3) The maximum size of files sent via the e-Procurement platform shall be 100 MB.4 The date of transmission of a tender shall be the date of its submission on the e-Procurement platform. The date of transmission of requests, notices, electronic documents, statements or digital reproductions of documents in paper form (electronic copies of documents created in paper form) and other information shall be the date of their transmission to the e-mail address of the Ordering Party indicated in paragraph 10.9(b) of the SWZ or submission on the e-Ordering Party platform.5.. the Contracting Authority specifies the necessary technical requirements for working on the e-Procurement platform, i.e. a) General rules for using the Platform:1) entry to the proceedings requires the Contractor to log in to the System on the subdomain of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Piła at the web address e-Procurement Platform - https://zamowienia.pila.lasy.gov.pl/ or Marketplanet Purchasing Platform https://oneplace.marketplanet.pl.2) The Contractor, after selecting the option "enter the proceedings", will be redirected to the Marketplanet Purchasing Platform page https://oneplace.marketplanet.pl/, where he will be notified of the possibility to log in or to create a free account. The contractor creates an account by following the steps of the registration process: provides an email address, establishes a password, then repeats the password, enters the code from the image, accepts the terms and conditions, clicks "register"; 3) Registration of the account is done automatically by:- signing on the application with an electronic signature (qualified, personal or trusted profile)or- contacting the phone number provided in the confirmation or- if the user does not sign on the application or contact by phone. The account will be activated within a maximum of 6 business hours;4) once the account is established, the Contractor has the ability to submit an Offer in the proceedings and to prepare, send and receive electronic correspondence;5) the Offer with the required attachments shall be submitted in electronic form, bearing a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature by authorized persons, under pain of invalidity on the e-Ordering Platform at the following web address: https://zamowienia.pila.lasy.gov.pl/ in the "Offers" tab.6) use of the e-Ordering Platform is free of charge.
