The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, nature protection, timber harvesting and skidding, tourist management, as well as nursery and seed production, to be performed on the territory of the Chocianów Forest District in 2024.
