Description

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Art. 6 paragraph 1 item 1 of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "Forest Act") covering the works in the field of fire protection, tourist development, handling of cyclical events, meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of order in forests in the area of Chojnów Forest Inspectorate in 2021.
The scope of works includes: 1. Fire duty at the alarm and dispatch point in the Chojnów Forest Inspectorate.2. Operation of wireless and telephone communication means.3.Participation in the fire-fighting actions of the Forest Fire Service. Maintenance of the fire infrastructure and fire protection with the use of an agricultural tractor and appropriate equipment owned by the Contracting Authority.The scope of work includes: 1. Transport of materials related to the execution of the order.2. Installation of new and repair and maintenance of existing information infrastructure for fire protection.3Mineralisation of fire belts as the equipment operator.4. Maintenance and maintenance in a passable state, i.e. mowing of roadsides and levelling the road surface as the equipment operator and manual cutting down of trees, bushes and branches limiting the road light.5. Mowing of vegetation at fire tanks.6.The scope of works includes in particular:1. Maintenance and current repairs of recreational and tourist infrastructure (materials provided by the Purchaser).2. Mowing grass and weeds from April to October, including when the ranger reports the needs.3Snow removal for tourist purposes (parking lots, access roads, hiking trails) with the use of an agricultural tractor with appropriate equipment owned by the Orderer on the basis of the equipment handover protocol.4 Maintenance of the above mentioned places in order and cleanliness, including removal of broken branches and fallen trees and collection of rubbish - performed once a week (on a fixed day) and at the request of the forester during the whole year.5The scope of work includes in particular:1. 4 cyclical "I run because I like forests" (transport, installation and disassembly of educational objects, maintenance of running tracks, etc.).2.Mowing meadows with the use of an agricultural tractor owned by the Employer.The scope of work includes: 1. Mowing the grass from the center of the meadow to the edges of the meadow at a height of 5-10 cm from the ground surface as an operator of the Employer's equipment (tractor and appropriate device) on the surfaces without cleaning up the hay.2Mowing the grass from the center of the meadow towards the edges of the meadow at a height of 5-10 cm from the ground surface as the operator of the Orderer's equipment (tractor) with a rotary mower owned by the Contractor on surfaces intended for cleaning of hay.3. Mowing the meadows with a combustion mower in places inaccessible to the tractor at a height of 5-10 cm from the ground surface.4. Racking the hay by hand or as the operator of the Orderer's equipment (tractor) with a rake owned by the Contractor with biomass removal within a maximum of 14 days after mowing. Collection and removal of rubbish from forest areasThe scope of work includes in particular:1) Locating (locating) illegal rubbish dumps or rubbish areas in the forest area, also outside the forest roads.2) Collecting rubbish in sacks and loading it on a trailer, container or car and removal.3) Collecting garbage collected in sacks from places indicated by the Contracting Authority's representative.
