The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended - "Forest Act"), covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, nature protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and repair of operating trails, to be performed on the territory of the Kołaczyce Forest District in the year 2024
