Description

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(b) of the Forest Law. 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended). - hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Forests") covering work in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting and the following specialist work: work in the field of forest nursery at the Przyborów forest nursery, work in the Seed Dehydration Plant in Siedlisko. The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(b) of the Forest Law. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended). - hereinafter referred to as the 'Forests Act'), which includes work in the fields of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and timber harvesting. The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(b) of the Forest Law. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended). - hereinafter referred to as the 'Forestry Act') covering specialist work: logging with multi-purpose machinery. Preparation of soil for restoration with mechanical equipment, work with mechanical equipment for fire protection and maintenance of this equipment in availability, meadow and agricultural management and shredding of logging residues in Forestry: Kiełcz, Tarnów, Odra, Przyborów, Siedlisko, Stany. Preparation of soil for restoration with mechanical equipment, work with mechanical fire protection equipment and maintenance of fire protection equipment, meadow and agricultural management and shredding (or removal on reduced areas) of logging residues in Forestry: Książ, Mirocin, Nowa Sól, Solniki, Jarogniewice, Niwiska, Przylaski.
