Description
The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities and meadow and agricultural management, to be performed on the territory of the Dynów Forest District in 2024.
The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 item 1 The subject of the contract are forest management services, as defined in art. 6.1.1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356), including work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities, as well as grassland and agricultural management to be performed in the Dynów Forest District in the year 2024. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts, referred to in art. 214.1.7) of the Public Procurement Law, within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter of the contract referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total amount of work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities, and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. - planned size of work; Annex No. 2.2. - detailed size of work by group of activities, actions and locations; Annex No. 2.3.1. - characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;Annex No. 2.3.2. - sorting arrangement of timber harvesting in forestry;Annex No. 2.3.3. - summary of timber skidding distances and conditions;Annex No. 2.3.4. - A summary of items with additional difficulties for harvesting and skidding;Annex No. 2.3.5. - a summary of items not available for machine harvesting;Annex No. 2.3.6. - information on optimum harvesting technology (potential);Annex No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest tending (zones for weed mowing);Annex No. 2.4.2. - a summary of items not available for regeneration performed with a planter. The material ranges summarized in the annexes included in Appendix No. 2 are estimates.
