Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Forest Act of September 28, 1991 (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as nursery and nursery management, to be performed on the territory of the Włodawa Forest District in the year 2024. The estimated total value of the contract, given below, includes the values of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) item 7 of the PPL and Option.
The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Forest Act of September 28, 1991 (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, harvesting and skidding, to be performed on the territory of the Wlodawa Forest District in the year 2024. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, harvesting and skidding, resulting from the Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. - planned size of work; Annex No. 2.2. - detailed size of work by group of activities, actions and locations; Annex No. 2.3.1. - characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;Annex No. 2.3.2. - sorting arrangement of timber harvesting in forestry;Annex No. 2.3.3. - summary of timber harvesting distances and conditions;Annex No. 2.3.4. - List of items with additional handicaps for harvesting and skidding;Annex No. 2.3.5. - list of items not available for machine harvesting;Annex No. 2.3.6. - information on optimal harvesting technology (potential);Annex No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of silviculture (zones for weed mowing);Annex No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for regeneration performed with a planter. The material ranges summarized in the annexes included in Exhibit No. 2 are estimates.During the execution of the subject of the contract, in addition to the laws in force in the Republic of Poland, the Contractor will be obliged to apply and comply with the obligations and rules arising from the following documents:- "Principles of silviculture" - introduced by Order No. 53 of the Director General of the State Forests of November 21, 2011,- "Forest protection instruction" - introduced by Order No. 53 of the Director General of the State Forests of November 21, 2011. "Instruction on forest protection" - introduced by Order No. 57 of the Director General of the State Forests dated November 22, 2011, - "Instruction on occupational safety and health in carrying out basic forestry work" - introduced by Order No. 36 of the Director General of the State Forests dated April 20, 2012, - "Instruction on forest fire protection". - introduced by Order No. 81 of the Director General of the State Forests of December 23, 2019,- Order No. 40 of the Director General of the State Forests of October 6, 2011 on the introduction of a framework list of work performed by at least two people (ref. no. GB-021-2/2011),- Order No. 66 of the Director General of the State Forests of November 7, 2019 on the introduction of guidelines under the name of "Principles of Forest Use" in organizational units of the State Forests (ref. no. ZM.7603.13.2019),- Principles, criteria and standards of sustainable forest management of the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC Council (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes).The Contractor will be obliged to comply with the technical conditions for wood raw material in accordance with Order No. 51 of the Director General of the State Forests dated September 30, 2019 on the introduction of technical conditions applied in the turnover of wood raw material in the State Forests National Forest Holding (sign: ZM.800.8.2019) when performing the subject of the contract.
