Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356), covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, meadow and agricultural management, hunting management, tourist management, nursery management, seed and selection management, as well as maintenance of forest roads, fire accesses and water and drainage facilities, to be performed on the territory of the Podanin Forest District in 2024. The proceeding is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds.The proceeding is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139 paragraph 1, 3 - 4 of the PPL.
The subject matter of the contract is forest management services including works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, meadow and agricultural management, hunting management, tourist management and maintenance of forest roads, fire accesses and water and drainage facilities to be performed on the territory of the Podanin Forest District in the year 2024 in the Smogulec, Jaktorówko and Lipiny forest districts, as well as on the territory of hunting district No. 51, which is an OHZ LP. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PPL, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95 of the PPL, requires the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities within the scope of the contract involving the harvesting and skidding of timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465). The subject of the contract is forest management services including work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, tourist management, nursery management, seeding and selection, as well as maintenance of forest roads, fire accesses and water and drainage facilities to be performed on the territory of the Podanin Forest District in the year 2024 in the forest districts of Piłka, Margonin and Klotyldzin, as well as at the Forest Nursery. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PPL within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95 of the PPL, requires the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities within the scope of the contract involving the harvesting and skidding of timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465). The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PPL, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95 of the PPL, requires the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities within the scope of the contract involving the harvesting and skidding of timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465).
