Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item. 1356 - the "Forest Law") covering work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, nature protection, seeding, tree planting, hunting and meadow-agriculture management, work on the forest nursery and maintenance of forest parking lots and parking places, to be performed on the territory of the Ostrów Mazowiecka Forest District in 2024. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: 01.01.2024 r. - 31.12.2024 r.
The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as nature protection and seeding to be carried out in the Forest Districts of Grudzie, Kalinowo, Biel in the year 2024 resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. - planned size of work; Annex No. 2.2. - detailed size of work by group of activities, actions and locations; Annex No. 2.3.1. - characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;Annex No. 2.3.2. - sorting arrangement of timber harvesting in forestry;Annex No. 2.3.3. - summary of timber skidding distances and conditions;Annex No. 2.3.4. - List of items with additional hindrances for harvesting and skidding;Annex No. 2.3.5. - list of items not available for machine harvesting;Annex No. 2.3.6. - information on optimal harvesting technology (potential);Annex No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest tending (zones for weed mowing);Annex No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for regeneration performed with a planter. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PPL, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The material scope of the subject matter of the order includes the total amount of work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as nature protection and seed production to be performed in the area of Trynosy, Nagoszewka, Turka Forest Districts in the year 2024, resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. - planned size of work; Annex No. 2.2. - detailed size of work by group of activities, actions and locations; Annex No. 2.3.1. - characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;Annex No. 2.3.2. - sorting arrangement of timber harvesting in forestry;Annex No. 2.3.3. - summary of timber skidding distances and conditions;Annex No. 2.3.4. - List of items with additional hindrances for harvesting and skidding;Annex No. 2.3.5. - list of items not available for machine harvesting;Annex No. 2.3.6. - information on optimal harvesting technology (potential);Annex No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest tending (zones for weed mowing);Annex No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for regeneration performed with a planter. The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total quantities from the harvesting and skidding of timber to be performed in the Forest Districts of: Kalinowo, Biel, Nagoszewka, Turka, Antonowo, Orlo, Osuchowa, Nowiny, Brzostowa in the year 2024, resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. - planned size of work; Annex No. 2.2. - detailed size of work by group of activities, actions and locations; Annex No. 2.3.1. - characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;Annex No. 2.3.2. - sorting arrangement of timber harvesting in forestry;Annex No. 2.3.3. - summary of timber skidding distances and conditions;Annex No. 2.3.4. - list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;Appendix No. 2.3.6. - information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential).The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PPL within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
