Description

The subject of the contract is: preparation of a habitat study with a phytosociological study of the Babimost Forest District as of January 1, 2025.
1. task description:1) The area of forest land under the management of the Babimost Forest District as of December 31, 2021 is: 15,560 ha while the area of the territorial range is 489.69 km2. As of the date of the assignment, the forest district does not have agricultural land for afforestation, therefore, the area of 15,560 ha is the basis for settlement of the contract for habitat work.2) The area of forest land under the management of the Babimost Forest District as of December 31, 2021 is: 15,560 ha. Meadows, pastures, land under ponds, under standing water, E-Ps, E-£, E-N, swamps, occupy a total of 169.78 ha area of territorial range - 489.69 km2. The area of 15,729.78 hectares is the sum of the forest area and the other uses listed above to be developed. This is the area that is the basis for settlement of the contract in terms of phytosociological work.2. The exact scope of work is specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. (3) The areas referred to in paragraph 1 are preliminary volumes. The actual final areas to be covered by the habitat study together with the phytosociological study may differ slightly from them (+/- 100 ha), due to changes that are impossible to foresee at the stage of ordering, resulting from real estate turnover or updating of the land and building register, which are beyond the control of the Employer, and which are possible during the execution of the order. The difference between the area specified in paragraph 1. as of 31.12.2021 and the final area accepted for the study of +/- 100 hectares does not change the contract and does not affect the amount of remuneration for the completed order.4. The detailed scope of work to be carried out by the Contractor under the subject matter of the contract is contained in: a) the Forest Management Instruction (hereinafter: FIM) constituting an annex to Order No. 55 of the Director General of the State Forests of November 21, 2011 on the Forest Management Instruction and Order No. 75 of the Director General of the State Forests of December 5, 2019 on amendments to the "Forest Management Instruction" constituting an annex to Order No. 55 of the Director General of November 21, 2011. (https://www.lasy.gov.pl/pl/publikacje/copy_of_gospodarka-lesna/urzadzanie/iul)-with particular reference to Part II of the IUL "Instruction on distinguishing and mapping forest habitat types and plant communities in the State Forests "b) Order No. 83 of the Director General of the State Forests dated November 23, 2012. on the correction of the Forest Management Instruction c) Order No. 21 of the Director General of the State Forests of April 3, 2014 on the correction of the Forest Management Instruction,d) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - detailed description of the subject matter of the contract - preparation of the habitat and phytosociological study of the Babimost Forest District.5.The documents and data that will be created as a result of the execution of the subject matter of the contract shall be the property of the State Forest Enterprise (Państwowe Gospodarstwo Leśne Lasy Państwowe). The Contractor, together with the submission of the documentation, shall transfer to the Contracting Authority the author's economic rights in all fields of exploitation within the meaning of the Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2022, item 2509, as amended).6. The estimated value (excluding VAT) given in Section II.2.6) takes into account 20% of the value of anticipated contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter PPL).
