For the planned construction project "34.0616 - 700-90, DG Munich Ludwigstraße, renovation of underground car park", planning and construction supervision services in accordance with the "Technical equipment" service profile for plant groups 1-3 and 7-8 in accordance with HOAI are to be awarded as part of a negotiated procedure in accordance with Section 17 VgV with a preliminary call for tenders, for which the Deutsche Bundesbank intends to award the service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 in accordance with HOAI. It reserves the right to award the contract in stages, depending on further approval for the implementation of the project by the Executive Board. Due to the bank's internal approval processes, interruptions in time are to be expected between the individual subcontracts. Upon conclusion of the contract, it is planned to award the service phases 1 and 2 in accordance with HOAI. There is no legal entitlement to subcontracting.
