Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of food products to the warehouses of partner organizations: Federation of Polish Food Banks, Polish Social Assistance Committee, Caritas Poland, Polish Red Cross. Deliveries will be made to the warehouses of regional partner organisations.2. Only products produced on the territory of the European Union or member states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) - parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area or by foreign entities from countries that are not parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area, which may exercise the freedom of establishment on the basis of agreements concluded by these countries with the European Community and its member states, may be delivered to partner organisations.3. Quality requirements for food products, test methods, types of packaging, method of packaging marking, list of partner organisations' warehouses is specified in Annex No. 1 to To ToR Part A and B.
Deliveries of tomato concentrate to the warehouses of partner organisations in the total amount of 1 649.664 tonnes (in words: one thousand six hundred and forty-nine tonnes and six hundred and sixty-four kilograms), including to the warehouses of: Federation of Polish Food Banks 902.144 tonnes (in words: nine hundred and two tonnes and one hundred and forty-four kilograms), the Polish Social Assistance Committee 320,000 tonnes (in words: three hundred and twenty tonnes), Caritas Polska 315,392 tonnes (in words: three hundred and fifteen tonnes and three hundred and ninety-two kilograms), the Polish Red Cross 112,128 tonnes (in words: one hundred and twelve tonnes and one hundred and twenty-eight kilograms).
