Supplying all desired "food and non-food" to all locations of OZHW by means of an efficient ordering and delivery process at a competitive price. This concerns in any case the delivery of food (both fresh and shelf-stable) and other products. A few products/services fall under the assignment. If the supplier does not have a product in the range or cannot deliver a product on time, the commissioning party can at all times purchase products elsewhere.RSI reserves the right to purchase products outside the framework agreement from specialist suppliers. In practice, this usually concerns special offers of temporarily available products, which are equivalent to the products that can be ordered via the framework agreement.
The size of the total order is approximately EUR 572 000, including VAT. The size is based on the purchase in 2019 from two locations with in-house canteen facilities and from three locations with Healthcare and Welfare profile sections, because only these locations are currently being purchased. During the term of the agreement, other locations may be purchased from OZHW. There are no data available for these schools. In the coming years, schools may be added to the agreement. It is expected that less will be ordered from the Primary Education locations than from the Primary Education locations. No rights can be derived from the amounts mentioned.
