Purchase and delivery of foodstuffs from ten parts to the kitchen at ZPO3 in Międzyrzec Podlaski.
Requirements for the subject matter of the contract:1. Goods fresh, in the first grade, of the highest quality, admitted to the market in accordance with the applicable standards, certificates, expiration dates, with the original features of the packaging intact - in particular, goods meeting the requirements of the Polish Standard, the requirements set out in the Act. 2.Goods must be delivered between 6.00 and 6.30 a.m. - applies to all parts.3.The Contractor guarantees that it will provide articles that meet the quality requirements, as well as meet all standards applicable to this type of articles and have been marketed in accordance with the law, in particular, undertakes to provide products that: 3.1. meet the required conditions for organoleptic physical, chemical and microbiological properties in terms of production technology, size or weight, as well as the requirements arising from the method of production, packaging, presentation and labeling;3.2. meet the sanitary, veterinary or phytosanitary requirements specified for the article;3.3. will be delivered by means of transport meeting sanitary requirements;3.4. will be delivered by persons holding a current medical certificate for sanitary-epidemiological purposes, which they shall present at any request of the Purchaser;3.3.5. they shall comply with the requirements set forth in the applicable legislation on the production and marketing of food;3.6. they shall be produced and marketed in accordance with the standards of the HACCP system;3.7. they shall comply with EU Directives and Regulations, in particular:- Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 29, 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (Official Journal of the European Union L 139 of 30.04.2004, p.1); Official Journal of the European Union Polish Special Edition, Chapter 1, Volume 1, p.319. 3, vol. 34 p.319); - Regulation EC No. 854/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 29, 2004 laying down specific rules for the organization of official controls on products of animal origin intended for human consumption (OJ L139 of 30.04.2004, p.55 OJ L139, 30.04.2004, p. 55, as amended); - Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Ray (EC) No. 1333/2008 of December 16, 2008 on food additives;4. Each offered item should be in original packaging, labeled with the following data: name of the foodstuff, name of the manufacturer, list of ingredients present in the foodstuff, expiration date.
