Description

The Koblenzer Bäder GmbH plans the new construction of an indoor swimming pool and sauna with gastronomy, located in the district Rauental, Moselbogen. The main structure contains the indoor swimming pool with five pools, arranged from north to south: Children's pool next to teaching pool, sports pool, exercise pool and diving pool. Due to different requirements for the clear room height of the bathing area, building heights of 6.45m - 10.20m result for the main structure. A further structure to the east of the pool hall is also approx. 4.10m high. It serves to accommodate equipment rooms, chlorine gas room and 1st aid room. The sauna and catering facilities are located in the western part of the building. The sauna area is a single-storey structure up to a height of approx. 5.00 m and the restaurant is a two-storey structure up to a height of approx. 9.00 m. The subject of this invitation to tender is the flooring work required for the sauna building OG. The tender essentially comprises the following services: removal of edge insulation strips, cleaning of subfloor, grinding of cement screed, dowelling of screed joint cracks, priming with adhesive primer, bonding of PVC covering, skirting, sealing of movement and connection joints, preparation of pipe penetration.
