Description

The police station 21 (built 1968) in HH-Altona is a building with a 4-storey office extension (built 1985). It receives a 1-storey lateral extension with approx. 2,280 m² GFA. In the rear area, the 5-storey extension with 2 staircases and elevator system will be built - consisting of a ground-level 2-storey air space for the accommodation of emergency vehicles as well as 3 upper floors for offices, changing rooms and sanitary facilities. A partial basement contains rooms for building services. After completion of the extension, the old building will be renovated. This work includes the facade renovation with replacement of the windows, facade cladding with thermal insulation and facade panels, the adaptation of some interior walls, replacement of flooring and wall and ceiling painting. The 1-storey extension has the approximate dimensions (LxWxH) of 27.00 x 12.00 x 5.00 m. The 5-storey extension has the approximate dimensions (LxWxH) of 37.00 x 14.00 x 16.00. The extension will be built in massive construction with green roof.
