Description

Delivery of brand new FNPT II MCC training device for aircraft flight simulation in SEP, MEP and MET modules for the needs of PWSZ in Chełm.
Delivery of brand new training device class FNPT II MCC used to simulate aircraft flight in SEP, MEP, MET modules, in the scope of training to: PPL(A); CPL(A); IR/SE; IR/ME; MCC/JOC/ APS MCC; Execution of PBN approaches. The unit is to comply with the requirements of EASA CS-FSTD(A) FNPT II requirements as defined in national law for the FSTD qualification certificate.2. Technical and quality requirements:2.1 Technical specification of the room to be used for the installation of the flight simulation unit:Room dimensions:Length: 10.10 m; Height: 3.30 m; Width: 5.15 m.Room door dimensions: 144 x 201 cm.The simulator will be in a single-storey building, it will not be necessary to bring it up to the first floor. The Employer allows for the possibility of carrying out work to enlarge the dimensions of the door in order to install the device, the costs of carrying out such work will be borne by the Employer.2.2 Age and service life limitations: Year of component manufacture - 2020 or later; Component condition - brand new; Minimum service life of the device - not less than 10 years and/or 15,000 operating hours; Operation time recording - total operation time recording with the ability to select and record the type of operation as training and service time.2.3 Layout and construction: Modular configuration of the cabin (closed cabin permissible) with full reproduction of the cockpit of SEP(L), MEP(L), Jet MCC/JOC/ APS MCC aeroplane; SEP - COMPLEX required;2 2.4 Flight model: Representation of flight characteristics (stability, controllability, stall) and performance of SEP(L), MEP(L), Jet MCC/JOC/ APS MCC aeroplanes.2Image visualization system consisting of: minimum three projectors with resolution not less than 1920 x 1080 m (Full HD), a cylindrical screen providing an image range of at least 200 degrees horizontally and 40 degrees vertically - viewing angle; image colour depth: minimum 24 bits.2.6 Terrain model: based on satellite data with texture resolution of 15 metres/pixel or higher; aerodrome model: EPWA, EPCD, based on satellite data with a texture resolution of 0.8 meters/pixel or higher; the visualization database is to contain the real environment of all airports controlled in FIR Warszawa including: runways; taxiways; aprons; approach lights; linear, surface and point objects of the terrain (i.e. high voltage lines, buildings, roads, railways, rivers, forests).2.7. Instructor station: equipped with: two touch screen monitors; A4 colour printer); desk (high abrasion resistance); aircraft headphones; swivel chair to simulate in-flight icing conditions;turbulence;windshear;descending currents;emergency and non-standard situations as specified in the Aeromodel Aircraft Manual (AFM);change in time of day;change in meteorological conditions, including:visibility along the runway (RVR);haze/fog;cloud cover - minimum two layers of clouds; o rainfall, snowfall.2.8 Cockpit: A replica of the following main cabin components from SEP(L), MEP(L), Jet MCC/JOC/ APS MCC aeroplanes: scroll bars, engine/engine/propeller controls, levers, foot controls, knobs, switches, fuses, data plates, two crew seats, instrument panel illumination, cabin lighting, headphones for crew/trainer communication.2.10 Configuration conversion: The time for changing (converting) the cockpits must not exceed 30 minutes (the time counted from the moment the flight simulation device is switched off to the moment it is ready for operation, i.e. ready for practical training).2.11. Air conditioning system: A system providing temperature and humidity control after
