Poland - Fire trucks

Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of 30 pieces of light rescue and fire-fighting vehicles on a 4x2 chassis according to PN-EN 1846-1 L-1-5 / 6 (container construction) (CPV: 34144210-3 - Fire trucks; 34114000-9 - Special vehicles) with high-pressure aggregate and water tank of 200 l as well as training in the field of vehicle and equipment servicing at the Contractor's premises for Users. Users will be Volunteer Fire Brigades from the territory of the Wielkopolska Province.

Detailed technical and operational parameters of cars, required by the Ordering Party, are specified in Annex 3a to the ToR.

The special vehicles offered should meet the following requirements:

a) the parameters specified in the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract. Devices and components installed in the vehicle should meet the requirements of separate national regulations.
b) they should be new, built on chassis no earlier than 2018 and produced from 2019. The ordering party requires the same vintage chassis production for the entire delivery of cars specified in part "A" of the order.
c) have a current certificate of admission to use the offered cars, issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration dated 20 June 2007 regarding the list of products serving to ensure public safety or protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of these products for use (OJ 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended). The certificate of admittance must confirm the parameters of the vehicles offered within the scope of parameters covered by the Regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
d) have a valid certificate of admission of CNBOP for those elements of vehicle equipment for which it is required by law;
e) have a valid homologation certificate. In the event that the installation conditions specified by the chassis manufacturer are exceeded, a complete vehicle type approval certificate and the chassis manufacturer's approval for the construction execution are required.
f) be able to use bio-fuels or fuels with the addition of bio-components in an amount not smaller than 5%.
g) The Contractor must provide a list of authorised chassis and fire-fighting service stations (ASO).

Required warranty period - minimum 24 months for vehicles (body and sub-car) and 12 for equipment. The statutory warranty for the subject of the contract will be extended for a period equal to the quality guarantee period.
