Under the 36-month warranty, the contractor will provide a free service with a readiness to arrive at the place of failure within a maximum of one month. 48 hours and its removal within max. The Contractor will provide at least one person who has the required authorizations to work at heights, knowledge and equipment, providing him with software and hardware support to ensure high system availability, ongoing maintenance and the shortest possible time to rectify failures. Immediately after the installation and commissioning of the system, the Contractor shall conduct free of charge training in the Orderer's registered office of persons indicated by the Orderer (at least 4 forest inspectorate employees) on the handling and administration of the subject of the contract. Device menus and instructions must be in English. The system is to enable access to images from cameras and maps to public safety institutions, e.g. the State Fire Service (by radio or via the Internet). The Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of invalidating the procedure pursuant to Article 93 paragraph 1a, i.e. the Contracting Authority may invalidate the procurement procedure if the funds which the Contracting Authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it.
