Description

The subject of the contract is the extension of the existing fire monitoring system for forest areas. The order consists in delivery, installation and commissioning of a fire monitoring system for early detection of forest fires on the observation tower in the Niemica forestry, installation of the necessary equipment in the Karnieszewice Forest Inspectorate and equipping it with an additional license for Smoke Detection software from Taxus IT (automatic smoke detection software) enabling operation of the entire system using one control panel and one location map on which two fire towers allowing verification of fire hazard will be visible. The designed system is based on a single industrial camera mounted on a tower/fire observation tower in the Karnieszewice Forest Inspectorate (Niemica Forest Inspectorate), which is to support the work of the operator of the Dispatching and Emergency Point (PAD), located in the seat of the Karnieszewice Forest Inspectorate. The system is based on a rotary video device with radio transmission between one satellite tower and the base tower (PAD) with the use of 1 specialized CCTV camera - The video and communication signals should be transmitted by radio from the tower located in location:A. Tower/viewer Pękanino (Leśnictwo Niemica) Metal tower with an observer's booth about 40 m high, WGS84 coordinates: 54o15'58.5 "N 16o25'41."3 "E- Image from the camera mounted on the tower in the Niemica Forestry will be transmitted via radio to the mast at the Forest Inspectorate, from where further via optical fiber to the Dispatching Alarm Point (PAD) of the Forest Inspectorate - PAD is located in the office building of the Karnieszewice Forest Inspectorate (coordinates 54o14'28.8 "N 16o20'53."9 "E)- Install an alarm system on the observation tower with the possibility of GSM notification - The transmitted image will be displayed in real time on the screen and analyzed by the software for automatic smoke detection (Smoke Detection system)- The observation tower does not have 230V power supply - use an alternative energy source ensuring uninterrupted operation - photovoltaic panels - The collective tower in the Karnieszewice Forest Inspectorate is equipped with 230 V power supply - For transmission, use a licensed - paid band radioline, due to the possibility of signal interference near the observation tower - Object at the seat of the Forest Inspectorate in Karnieszewice - steel mast with a lattice structure - as a "collective" point, with a height of 1.5 m. 23 m, WGS84 coordinates: width 54.24159; length 16.3479- The system must be compatible with the existing monitoring system (use a computer located in a server rack and a 3-axis joystick currently used to control the camera and software)- The system must be compatible with the application currently used for monitoring and automatic fire detection (Smoke Detection)- The final result is a monitoring system consisting of two industrial cameras on two observation towers, operated by one joystick, a computer and an application for automatic fire detection.
