Description

The scope of this lot consists of global payment methods (eg Visa credit cards, MasterCard etc., other payment methods such as Paypal) and related payment services for all countries underlying this call for tender in Europe, North America, Europe APAC, LATAM and CEMEA.

Minimum performance requirements, ie services which the contractor must provide under this framework contract lot:

- Global acceptance or technical connection of MasterCard and Visa credit / debit cards in all TOP30 countries of the countries underlying this call for tenders in the payment regions of Europe, North America, APAC, LATAM and CEMEA plus Ireland, Serbia, Romania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Croatia (see Annex B.5 List of Institutions).

Core services, ie services that the client assigns directly to the framework contract within the framework of the final individual order "core services":

- Global acceptance or technical connection of the following credit / debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, China Union Pay, JCB,

- Global acceptance or technical connection of PayPal in these versions: PayPal Checkout (Client and Server Integration), PayPal Buy Now.

The content of the other individual contracts (in this case still to be awarded) in this lot could, for example, be the following:

- PayPal Reference Transactions support: activation of recurring payment billing agreements without separate PayPal User Authentication,

- Global Acceptance Amazon Pay: Amazon Pay Standard, Amazon Pay Express, Log in with Amazon,

- other global payment methods: other nationally offered payment methods that the bidder supports, and which the bidder considers to be essential for the merchant's business.
