The subject matter of the contract is the cash delivery of retirement and disability benefits and short-term benefits (including sickness benefits, maternity benefits, one-time compensation, funeral benefits) from the social insurance of farmers broadcast by the organizational units of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS), together with any supplements, to the hands of the recipients at their place of residence in the form of a transfer, provided that making available (payment) of the benefit to the entitled persons will be based on the delivery of the benefit to the address indicated by the Employer.
(1) The subject of the contract is the delivery in the form of cash of pension and short-term benefits (such as sickness benefits, maternity benefits, one-time compensation, funeral benefits) from the social security of farmers broadcast by the unit. organ. KRUS, together with any allowances, into the hands of benefit recipients at their place of residence in the form of a remittance, provided that the provision (payment) of the benefit to the entitled persons will be based on the delivery of the benefit to the address indicated by the Employer, hereinafter referred to as "remittance".2. Payment of pension and short-term benefits (including but not limited to sickness benefits, maternity benefits, one-time compensation, funeral benefits), hereinafter referred to as benefits, will be made on the following payment dates:- by: 10th, 15th, 20th and 25th of each month, - outside the payment deadlines, any working day of the month, as necessary,in the form of cash, directly into the hands of the benefit recipients at the indicated address of residence, in accordance with individual payment orders, against receipt of receipt. (3) The benefits referred to in paragraph (2) will be provided in the form of EPE - electronic pension remittance and in the form of PE - traditional payment remittance, delivered to the Contractor by the organ unit. KRUS as the issuer of the remittance blank in paper form.4. The Contractor shall ensure payment of benefits directly to the hands of the benefit recipients against receipt of receipt at the indicated address of residence in accordance with individual remittance transfers. Receipt of benefits will be confirmed in the manner specified in subsection IV.4 of the SWZ - Instructions for Contractors. (5) Payment of benefits may also be made to persons indicated in subsection IV. 5. of the SWZ - Instructions for Contractors.6. The Contractor shall pay the benefit directly to the hands of the benefit recipients or to persons authorized by the benefit recipients on the basis of a power of attorney granted on a general basis or a postal power of attorney, against receipt of receipt, at the indicated address of residence, in accordance with individual remittances. (7) The Contractor shall, before transferring the benefit, establish on the basis of an identity document (identity card; passport; driver's license; other document with a photograph, imprint of an official seal with the image of an eagle and the signature of its holder) the name, surname and address of the person collecting the benefit. If the person collecting is the person listed in paragraph 5, the Contractor shall also enter the number of the identity document of the person collecting. (8) In the event that the benefit is not paid due to the absence of the recipient at the place of residence, the Contractor shall take action to pay the benefit, as specified in subsection IV. 8 SWZ - Instructions for Contractors. (9) The Contractor shall return to the Contracting Authority the uncollected benefit in the following cases specified in subchapter IV. 9. of the SWZ - Instructions for Contractors. The Contractor shall account for the received and paid amounts of Benefits no later than within 21 days (or less in accordance with the Contractor's offer). 10 Settlement of payments made shall be in the form specified in subsection IV. 10. of the SWZ - Instructions for Contractors.11. The Contractor shall guarantee continuity and timeliness of pension payments up to the amount of funds received.12.. the Employer requires that the Contractor, during the execution of the subject matter of the contract, employs persons performing activities in the field of receiving and confirming the correctness of the files sent by the Employer, throughout the period of execution of the contract, on the basis of an employment contract in accordance with Article 22 § 1 of the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended), at a salary of not less than the minimum wage for labor, per full time, determined on the basis of the Act of 10.10.2002 on the minimum wage for labor.
