Open house procedure on bicycle leasing for employees of medfacilities Betrieb GmbH within the scope of deferred compensation based on TV-Fahrradleasing.
medfacilities Betrieb GmbH intends to offer its employees bicycle leasing through deferred compensation. The deferred compensation will be in accordance with the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service (TV-Fahrradleasing).The contract will be concluded as part of an open-house procedure.Interested and suitable lessors can join the open-house procedure at any time during the contract term.The contract term is 4 years from April 20, 2023 and ends on April 19, 2027.Individual negotiations will not be conducted, uniform conditions apply. No exclusivity is assured to individual contractual partners. A contract will be concluded with all suitable providers who meet the requirements for the contract and have proven this by signing the Expression of Interest form (Annex A_1) and submitting the documents contained therein. After review of the documents and determination of approval, the contracting authority sends the contract documents as a PDF. To conclude the framework contract, fill in the provided fields and send the contract to e-mail: MF-Fahrradleasing@abante.de. Changes to the text of the contract are not permitted.All interested parties who are not admitted will be informed of this and given the opportunity to comment.All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.IMPORTANT: Participation in the open house procedure and the associated conclusion of the framework contract does not establish a claim to the conclusion of a bicycle leasing contract. This means that even after the conclusion of the framework agreement, the client is not obliged to conclude one or more leasing contracts. The conclusion of a leasing agreement shall be at the discretion of the Client and shall only take place once the requirements of the framework agreement have been fulfilled, in particular once an agreement has been reached between the Client and the respective employee, according to which the financing shall take place within the framework of deferred compensation. The Contractor shall not be entitled to the conclusion of such an agreement. In the absence of such an agreement, the individual leasing contract shall not come into effect.This announcement does not concern the award of a public contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Directive (2014/24/EC) or antitrust procurement law. The announcement in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union is being made in order to reach as large a group of leasing providers as possible and to satisfy the requirement for transparency. The procedural designation "Open Procedure" (Section IV.1.1)) and the specification of the award criteria (Section II.2.5)) used in the text of this notice are owed to the specifications of this notice form and have no meaning. Neither the use of this form nor the use of the "TED" procurement portal is intended to imply submission to procurement law regulations.
