Framework contract service of digital formats.
The Konrad Adenauer Foundation would like to make its digital and hybrid events accessible to a broad public in live and pre-produced form. The events are either purely digital events or purely switchboard discussions or hybridHybrid events comprise a partial presence on site, which is to be supplemented by the digital connection of further discussion partners and the use of digital tools (e.g. TED polls) on site.The audience for hybrid events ranges from 10 on site to 500 participants online. The following services are to be provided:1. project planning and management before, during and after the event. The project manager is involved in the process from the first to the last moment of the planning phase.2. selection and planning of material and resources for the technically optimal implementation of events both in production on- and offline.3. set-up and dismantling, logistics and support of the technology during the event.4. implementation of designs and ideas of the client in the creation of UX web interfaces for digital events, conception of stage sets.5. consulting and support for stage performances of the presenters and actors.6. technical support on- and offline immediately before and during the events. Constant quality control during the event.7. Contractor availability on site within 24 hours is required. For the design of digital event formats, the creation of videos and trailers from shooting to the finished product is required. Upon agreement, the raw video material will be handed over for documentation and further use by the client. The following services are to be provided: 1. project planning and management including consulting before and during the video production. The project manager is involved in the process from the first to the last moment of the planning phase.2. recording of speeches, interviews.3. development and production of snippets, trailers, intro videos, animations and virtual tours.4. production, post-production and editing of the video material as well as preparation for further formats, for example for online applications. Provision of subtitles, belly bands in the appropriate corporate design format of the client as well as infinite music rights.
