Description

For the implementation of purely virtual events, short films (approx. 3-30 minutes) with, for example, statements, laudations, portraits of people or project presentations are to be made. Interview formats are also possible. The videos are to be made available as individual film sequences or as an edited overall film. Event films and short teasers are to be produced for outstanding presence events, such as award ceremonies, panel discussions and the Science Day hellwach! Resulting short versions will be commissioned for reporting or marketing purposes. Technical know-how and consulting are further important components of the tender. It should be possible to commission individual services by the respective departments of the TU Darmstadt. The contract sum has been estimated at approx. 160,000 EUR for a maximum contract period of 4 years.
1. pre-production:- there is a briefing between the contractor and the client on the content and objectives,- preparation of the contractor for the location (e.g. camera settings, lighting, etc.). Preparation of the contractor for the location (e.g. camera settings, lighting conditions, acoustics),- Creation of a concept and shooting schedule (time requirements, scheduling between contractor and client, selection of suitable location(s), equipment required for the execution of the assignment),- Creation of the script/storyboard for more complex productions with changing people in front of the camera and location changes,- Consideration of the image rights and rights of use (the contractor obtains these independently, insofar as the client specifies the motif to be filmed and the persons to be filmed, the contractor points out the necessary obtaining of rights and obtains these depending on the agreement with the client).2. production:- provision of camera, sound and lighting equipment (the contractor himself/herself shall provide the necessary technical equipment resulting from the shooting schedule),- execution of the shooting,- provision of a narrator for the sound recording (if required),- provision of a moderator in front of the camera, e.g. as an interviewer (if required),- provision of a moderator in front of the camera, e.g. as an interviewer (if required),- provision of a moderator in front of the camera, e.g. as an interviewer (if required).
