A corresponding usage and operating concept is already in place. Close cooperation between the media library and schools, the university and local companies, cultural institutions and associations is planned. The first stage of the contract is to draw up a concept and guidelines for initiating cooperation projects to ensure the long-term viability of the concept and the long-term use of the media library." The tendered services will be remunerated at a flat rate of EUR 15,000 gross.
