The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor whose task will be to provide a comprehensive consulting service including:- preparation of a conceptual design including a preliminary energy audit and a conceptual multi-discipline design in an amount consistent with the OPZ,- execution of an energy audit and an energy efficiency audit in an amount consistent with the OPZ,- preparation of a complete multi-discipline project documentation in an amount consistent with the OPZ,- preparation of a grant application in an amount consistent with the OPZ,and providing author's supervision during the warranty period, providing clarifications to the developed documents at the stage of tender proceedings for the execution of construction works conducted by the Municipality, participation in the examination and evaluation of bids, according to the principles set forth in Art. 55 (4) of the PPL Act, verification and confirmation of the scope of implementation of investments and updating of applications for funding from external sources, divided into 17 tasks.
