THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Bureau of Prisons has a potential requirement for the provision of Vocational Automotive Training / Testing equipment for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Sandstone located in Sandstone, MN. This equipment will be utilized by the Education Department in an effort to further the training for those individuals enrolled in the Institution's VT Automotive Program. The contractor will provide information in accordance with the enclosed, anticipated, requirements statement. Potential quoters are encouraged to submit information for the listed items, or equivalent products with the same or similar specifications. This requirements statement may change based on the feedback from the questionnaire imbedded in this synopsis. The Government contemplates award of a lowest price / technically acceptable, contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All future information about this acquisition, including the solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition.
