Description

Within the scope of this order, the Contractor shall be obliged to prepare the architectural and graphic design of the exhibition stand, which should be made in accordance with the following rules visual identification Invest in Pomerania (Attachment 1a to the description of the subject matter of the order);b. the technical requirements of the Fair Organizer (Attachment 1b to the description of the subject matter of the order), taking into account any possible changes made by the Organiser to the documentation before the fair in 2019;c. the specific conditions of participation in the fair (Attachment 1c to the description of the subject matter of the order);d. the technical requirements of the Fair Organizer (Attachment 1b to the description of the subject matter of the order), taking into account any possible changes made by the Organiser to the documentation prior to the fair edition in 2019;d. the specific conditions of participation in the fair (Attachment 1c to the description of the subject matter of the order). the detailed dimensions of the exhibition area provided by the Ordering Party immediately after their receipt from the Fair Organiser; the anticipated dimensions of the exhibition area will be approximately 8.5 m x 6.0 m. with the design, description and visualization attached to the offer, subject to the obligation to take into account the comments and changes made by the Ordering Party.2The exhibition stand should be designed to be as open as possible to visitors, and its predominant surface should be used for meeting places.3 The exhibition stand should be brightly coloured.4 The stand will feature elements of natural amber or its imitations made of glass. The Purchaser does not allow a printed amber motif such as wallpaper, posters, etc. Amber elements can be enriched with the right light to give a natural, attractive amber appearance. The stand should be functional and maintained in a modern style, in line with current trends in the design of exhibition stands.6 The Contractor undertakes to perform all obligations related to stand assembly towards the Fair Organizer, including any formal arrangements with the Fair Organizer related to the preparation of an exhibition stand.7 The Contractor undertakes to adapt the prepared architectural design of the stand to the shape of the exhibition area if it changes. In the event of the aforementioned change, the Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor thereof no later than 30.6.2019. The Contractor shall be obliged to: 1. make all necessary technical arrangements with the Fair Organiser and immediately provide the Contracting Authority with all necessary technical information; 2. perform all technical and formal activities (direct contact with the Fair Organiser) related to the technical and organisational functioning of the stand in order to deliver transport and assembly; 3. report to the Contracting Authority on all formal and technical activities performed; 4. making a stand according to the architectural and graphic design received by the Ordering Party and providing the equipment indicated in the design;5. making necessary prints (photographs, maps of other graphics if included in the design), including having the right to use photographs in accordance with the law;6. transporting all the elements of the ordered stand with its equipment to the Fair, from the production site to the headquarters of the Fair in Munich (Messe München GmbH, Messegelände, 81823 Munich, Germany);7. transporting the promotional materials of the Ordering Party (about 100 kg) on the route from the headquarters of the Pomerania Development Agency S.A. (al. Grunwaldzka 472D, 80-309 Gdańsk, Olivia Six and collection on time agreed with the Ordering Party) to the registered office of the Fair in Munich (Ordering Party's stand);8. insurance of transported property for the sum insured not less than PLN 200,000;9. stand assembly on the exhibition area in Munich;10. maintaining the stand clean throughout the duration of the Fair;11. permanent technical service, including multimedia, during the Fair, while the Ordering Party will report failures by telephone....
