Part 1 Comprehensive organization of a trip to the Expo Real International Investment and Real Estate Fair in Munich on 6-9.10.2019. (as an exhibitor) with a pre-departure seminar and accompanying meetings (covering in total and indivisibly Parts 1a and 1b)Part 1 aTasks on the Executor's side:1. Transport service of persons2. Providing a translator Part 1 bTasks on the Executor's side:1. Organisation and conduct of a seminar2. Organization of B2B meetings at the trade fair3. Event accompanying the fair and exhibition eventThe detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 6 to the ToR. Construction, stand assembly and disassembly, arrangement and furnishing of the exhibition area (hereinafter referred to as the "stand"), in accordance with a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the applicable legal status and organizational and technical regulations of the Expo Real Fair organizer in Munich and the representative office of the Munich Fair in Poland.3Stand service in the scope of:A. providing catering services for potential contracting parties of the Ordering Party together with stand service,B. providing technical support for the stand,C. providing audiovisual service, including: Video Wall LCD, graphic presentation and sound system with microphones,D. transport of informational and promotional materialsThe detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 6 to the ToR.
