Facade works for the following building project:The AMEOS Klinikum Anklam is located south of the city center of Anklam on Hospitalstraße. The hospital is embedded in a park-like property with old trees. It was built in the 1930s and resembles the shape of an H. In addition, there is a pavilion building on the property, which was also used for medical purposes until a few years ago. Currently, the administration and ancillary use areas are located there. The hospital in Anklam currently has 101 beds according to hospital plan M / V . Inpatient, day-clinic and outpatient treatments take place here. The hospital is a primary care facility and has the following departments: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Intensive Care-Anesthesia and Psychiatry (day hospital).The existing building has the shape of an H's (with only three wings). To the north towards Hospitalstraße (main entrance) it is a two-story structure with a fully developed roof. To the south, the site slopes significantly, so that three-story buildings are partially visible here. The building was already renovated in the areas of surgery, radiology at the end of the 90s, other areas were only partially renovated. Overall, the refurbishment backlog is very high, with the building services areas being particularly affected. The functions and structures no longer meet today's standards in large parts; this is particularly true of the wards on the top floor. The clinic has two access roads, one directly from Hospitalstraße, which also leads directly to the main entrance. It is the main access for patients, supply and disposal as well as patient transport. The main entrance is located on the north side. On the eastern side of the building, there is access for the commercial goods as well as the prone driveway for the emergency room. A second access road is located on the southwest side on Mill Road. This is reserved for stationary traffic (parking) in this area. Since the new building will be constructed on the east side of the existing building, the access for supply and disposal must be routed west around the existing building. Due to the narrow paths and streets, a one-way street system is planned here.
