General construction descriptionThe district committee of the Wetteraukreis is planning the new construction of the 3.5-stream "Neue Grundschule Bad Vilbel" with school building and single-field sports hall on the property "Fraunhofer Straße 19 / Johannes-Gutenberg-Straße 15".The construction project is divided into the subsections school building and single-field sports hall. The two parts of the building (subprojects) are each planned as free-standing, but are connected underground via a non-accessible media tunnel. The four-storey school building (2nd floor, 1st floor, ground floor, basement) and the two-storey sports hall are planned as a solid construction mainly in reinforced concrete, the basement of the school and the floor slab of the sports hall as a waterproof construction. The roofs are designed as flat pitched monopitch roofs with extensive greening and a full PV system.In the area of the future schoolyard, a geothermal system with subsoil drainage is planned.The other schoolyard area will have an area equipped with various playground equipment, an outdoor class and a small playing field.A compact transformer station will be built in the eastern area of the site. A rainwater retention system is planned under the teachers' parking lot, which is also located there.In the area of the Johannes-Gutenberg-Strasse access road, a trash enclosure with an adjoining room for storing gasoline-powered equipment is planned.The building envelope will be insulated all around and equipped with a rear-ventilated facade, and highly thermally insulated window and exterior door elements will be used.In addition, highly innovative building technology with sustainable technical systems will be used. For example, geothermal energy is used in combination with a heat pump. Separate, separate invoicing of the two titles, including the respective documents justifying the invoices (measurements, weighing slips, billing documents, time sheets, etc.), is mandatory.This expense must be taken into account, and the bill of quantities is structured accordingly.Within the framework of the award procedure, it is not possible to submit only one bid for a building. There will be no awarding in partial lots, respectively no awarding by lots. The bid (in pdf format) must be priced and submitted for both titles/both buildings.
