Description
HSE seeks to engage external support of a suitably qualified service provider to undertake an independent evaluation of effectiveness of Open Dialogue approach in the delivery of Community Mental Health Services in West Cork, Cork Kerry Community Healthcare (CHO4).
The primary purposes of the evaluation will be to assess the benefits of Open Dialogue for both service users, their families/networks, and more generally for mental health services.
It is anticipated that the contract will be commence as soon as is practicable following the award of contract, anticipated as 1st October 2019, unless otherwise agreed. All work and final report must be completed within 4 months of the date of commencement, unless otherwise agreed.
Tenderers should note that HSE has a fixed budget available for this study, and seeks to achieve value for money. The maximum available budget is €32,500 (exclusive of VAT). Tenderers must be cognisant of this budget when preparing their tender submission.
The closing date for receipt of tenders is 12 noon Monday 29th July 2019.
