Implementation of an Expression of Interest Procedure (IBV) THW OV Ibbenbüren
The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (Federal Agency for Real Estate) is conducting an IBV for the accommodation of the Ibbenbüren branch of the Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW). We are looking for a property with at least 8,600 m² in the city of Ibbenbüren or within a radius of 10 km from the city center for purchase or an existing property for a long-term lease.
In case of renting, a building stock with technical rooms and offices of at least 600 m² floor space (plus traffic areas) is sought. Functional rooms are also required for the THW local association, which are located on the first floor and can be easily accessed from the outside. Shower and changing rooms are also required. Furthermore, a motor vehicle hall of approx. 700 m² with a hall apron of 15 m depth as well as additional approx. 24 car parking spaces are required.
A suitable property must have barrier-free access overall. The THW areas must be clearly demarcated from other uses. An Internet connection via fiber optics, V-DSL or copper must be provided in the Deutsche Telekom network.
This is not a public contract award and interested parties are not bound by their expressions of interest.
