Invitation for Expression of Interest   Press Notice   Procurement Reference  : RRA/CCD /EOI of 2 of 2024/2025   Expression of Interest for Consultancy services for Restructuring of the Emergency Shelter for victims of Domestic Violence into a Rehabilitation and Empowerment home      [Authorized under Section 24 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2006 1.The Rodrigues Regional Assembly, Commission  For Women’s Affairs, Child Development, Family Welfare and Consumer Protection is proceeding with  an Expression of interest on line and inviting potential Consultants  of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their proposals through the Government e Procurement System   2.The purpose of this Expressions of Interest is to request for proposals from national and international qualified consultants as single entity or in joint venture with other consultants, and with or without sub-consultants for Consultancy Services for the design and development of a Restructuring Plan for the Emergency Shelter for victims of domestic violence  into a rehabilitation and empowerment home providing a comprehensive range of services to support and empower women victims of violence and other traumatic experiences, including drug and substance abusers. This rehabilitation and empowerment home will provide safe accommodation and a structured environment to support women victims through recovery, rehabilitation, empowerment and reintegration into society.   3 Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the e Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system:  RRAWOM/IFB/2024/51   4.  Expression of Interest must be submitted online on the e Procurement System From 14 November 2024 (Local Time) as from 17 hr 00 up 28 Novemberr 2024 at 11hr 00   5. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from 28 November 2024 at  15 hr 00   till 2 December 2024   up to 11hr 00 6.   Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on 02 December  2024 as from 11 hrs 01 up to 02  December 2024 at 15 hr 00   Commission for Women’s Affairs, Child Development, Family Welfare and Consumer Protection, Family Integrated Centre Malabar , Rodrigues           .
