Description
With the nuclear licensing decision of 21.11.1985, the Lingen nuclear power plant was decommissioned and transferred to safe enclosure. According to the nuclear licensing decision of 21.12.2015, which permits the first of two subprojects of the dismantling of the Lingen nuclear power plant to be licensed under nuclear law, the dismantling takes place.The Lower Saxony Ministry for the Environment, Energy, Construction and Climate Protection (NMU) as the competent nuclear licensing authority intends to call in experts in accordance with Section 20 of the Act on the Peaceful Utilisation of Nuclear Energy and Protection against its Hazards (Atomic Energy Act - Atomic Energy Act - AtG) for an assessment within the framework of the nuclear licensing procedure for the further dismantling of the Lingen nuclear power plant and to award this service as contracting authority to an expert organisation as contractor.
