Performance of the management work (which includes the drafting of the project in lot 1), organization, execution and the supply, assembly and disassembly of the fair infrastructures, as well as the communication of the 53rd and 54th Feria Sant Isidre de Viladecans and the 22nd and 23rd Muestra de Entidades, through the promotion of the recruitment of people with difficulties.Where applicable, references to brands and models contained in the PPT, are understood to be extensible to products of equivalent brands and models in accordance with Article 126.6 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP). Equivalent models must have, at least, identical characteristics of quality, durability and compliance with environmental regulations, as those detailed in the PPT.
Lot I: Project drafting, organization, execution, supply, assembly and disassembly of general facilities of the Fair, including the following spaces:- Street of Commerce, in Paseo de la Marina.- Thematic Space, in Paseo de la Marina.- Walkway, in the Parque de la Marina.- Contest - Exhibition of Fruits of the Field and stand of the Agricultural Cooperative, in the Cúbic.- Municipal Stand, in the Cúbic.- Associative Zone, in the Parque de la Marina.- General Services. Lot II: Organization, execution, dynamization, supply, assembly and disassembly of the Gastronomic Space: - Cooking Classroom - Labrador Market - Tasta Viladecans Space - Live music. Lot III: Communication plan, design, editing, printing, execution and supply of all communication materials of the Fira.
