As part of the reform of the senior civil service, a talent support program has been set up by the Délégation interministérielle à l'encadrement supérieur (DIESE) to prepare high-potential senior executives for positions of greater responsibility, and in particular for government management positions.#x0D; #x0D; #x0D; #x0D; #x0D; #x0D; #x0D; #x0D; #x0D; #x0D; #x0D; #x0D;
This is a mixed program, based on interministerial modules and ministerial actions.#x0D;
For the Ministerial Pole, the program is managed by the Délégation à l'encadrement supérieur (DES). The support program is designed to enable each senior manager to identify his or her talents, driving forces and areas for development, to assimilate the codes of recruitment and to become aware of the changes in posture associated with the exercise of positions involving greater responsibility and a managerial dimension.#x0D;
These senior executives are destined for senior management positions such as deputy director, project director or high-level expert in central administration, deputy director in decentralized services, or member of the executive committee of a public establishment. If required, senior executives already holding such positions can also benefit from this public speaking coaching.
