Description

The purpose of this consultation is to hire logistical equipment such as barriers (Vauban-type police barriers, Héras-type construction site barriers, K16-type lane dividers, etc.), as well as the installation and removal of said equipment. A detailed description of the services and their technical specifications are given in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P.).
The aim is to create a drop-off and pick-up zone for the shuttle buses that will transport the public to the various competition venues. As Sqy's first showcase on their arrival in the area, this facility needs to be well-maintained, with clean, high-quality equipment. Sqy will be coordinating the various service providers involved in this area, creating a zone where public transport shuttles can drop off and pick up spectators on their way to the mountain bike event to be held on the Colline d'elancourt. Located on Rd 912, this dock area will have a right-of-way on the public highway and will be completed by a pedestrian walkway that will lead spectators safely to the site entrance. The aim is to create an area where public transport shuttles can drop off/pick up spectators travelling to the Golf event to be held at Le Golf National. Located on avenue du center between rondpoint des Mines and place Charles de Gaulle, this docking area will have a right-of-way on the public highway and will be completed by a pedestrian walkway that will lead spectators safely to the entrance of the site. The aim is to secure the pedestrian walkway between Sqy station and the entrance to the velodrome site. Located along the sidewalk of the Rds10 nord, the Delouvrier bus station and the avenue du pas du Lac, it will guarantee the public safe access and guidance to the destination site. The paths will be marked out by barriers (police or heras) and access control lanes will also be set up as part of the Jop's sporting legacy, Sqy wishes to offer a mass event, accessible to all and unifying creation of an ephemeral cycle path
