Description

Renewal of the TC/com systems of the Würzburg building yard with LZ, the suburbs of Gemünden, Marktbreit and Volkach am Main, as well as the section from Bad Abbach to Regensburg on the Danube - the tender is being carried out in 2 construction phases.
Essentially, the invitation to tender includes the following services:Construction phase 1 - Schweinfurt Waterways and Shipping Office (WSA):- Delivery, installation and commissioning of 4 telecommunication/com systems for the organisational units:-- Gemünden suburb with remote extensions at the Rothenfels, Steinbach and Himmelstadt lock operating stations, as well as the Harrbach control centre and lock operating station.-- Würzburg building yard with remote extensions at the Randersacker and Erlabrunn lock operating stations and the Würzburg control centre and lock operating station.-- Suburban area and control centre Marktbreit with remote extensions at the lock operating stations Marktbreit, Goßmannsdorf, Kitzingen and Dettelbach; suburban area and control centre Volkach with remote extensions at the lock operating stations Gerlachshausen, Wipfeld, Garstadt and Schweinfurt with a total of approx. 92 VoIP, 112 digital and 72 analogue Tln interfaces, partly with terminals, internal S0 interfaces, external S0 interfaces to the ÖN and VoIP with SIP protocol as well as E1 interfaces for internal and external system networking.Construction phase 2 - Waterways and Shipping Authority (WSA) Danube MDK site Regensburg:- Delivery, installation and commissioning of 5 telecommunication/com systems for the organisational units-- Lock Bad Abbach,-- WSA Danube MDK site Regensburg,-- Specialist Centre for Geodesy and Geoinformatics (FGeoWSV) Regensburg,-- Lock Regensburg,-- Suburb and control centre Regensburg with a total of approx. 209 VoIP, 40 digital and 104 analogue Tln-interfaces, partly with terminals, internal S0-interfaces, external S0-interfaces to the ÖN and VoIP with SIP-protocol as well as E1-interfaces for plant networking internally and externally.- Delivery, installation and commissioning of software applications incl. PC equipment for call charge logging,- Delivery, installation and commissioning of switching software incl. necessary hardware for the WSA Donau MDK location Regensburg.for all areas:- Delivery, installation and commissioning of data network components,- Delivery, installation and commissioning of software applications for system service,- Adaptation of the configuration to existing telecommunication/com systems,- Delivery of replacement modules,- Cable installations,- Implementation of instructions and technical training,- Delivery of inventory documents.
