Description
The subject of the order is the delivery of epoxy composition intended for production of electrical insulating products (pipes, glass-epoxy profiles, insulators and other insulating elements) for power engineering and electrical engineering. The requirements listed below apply to all parts. External appearance: the components of the composition should be a homogeneous liquid (not applicable to solid components) free from inclusions and impurities. Packaging: the individual components of the composition should be packed in ready-to-use metal return packages, sealed to protect the material from moisture and direct sunlight. Storage conditions: components of the composition, stored in tightly closed packages in a room with temperature from 15oC to 25oC must guarantee preservation of the properties for at least 12 months.
Technical requirementsEpoxy resin + anhydride hardenerParameters: Glass transition temperature PN-EN 61006: Tg > 130oC.Viscosity PN-EN ISO 3219: 400-1000 mPa*s in 25oC.Breakthrough strength PN-EN 60243: > 20 kV/mm.Dielectric loss factor IEC 60250: tgδ < 0.02.Water absorption PN-EN ISO 62: < 0.2 % (by weight).Life time of the composition: approx. 8 hours under room conditions.Gelation time: 18-35 min. at 120oC.Working temperature: from -50oC to +100oC.The composition consists of max. 3 components in liquid state, which after mixing in proportions specified by the Contractor will form a mixture with the parameters specified above. The composition will be used to manufacture glass-epoxy pipes for composite casing insulators using the method of winding on metal cores saturated with glass fibre composition in the form of roving.Estimated quantity to order: 65,000 kg. Technical requirementsEpoxy resin + amine hardenerParameters: Glass transition temperature PN-EN 61006: Tg > 100oC.Viscosity PN-EN ISO 3219: 2000-5000 mPa*s at 25oC.Breakthrough strength PN-EN 60243: >20 kV/mm.Dielectric loss factor IEC 60250: tgδ < 0.02.Water absorption PN-EN ISO 62: < 0.2 % (by weight).Life time of the composition: approx. 20 min. at 25oC.Gelation time: approx. 40 min. The composition consists of max. 2 components in liquid state, which after mixing in proportions specified by the Contractor will form a mixture with the parameters specified above. The composition will be used for production of insulating pipes by winding on metal cores saturated with glass fibre composition in the form of roving.Estimated quantity to order: 4,000 kg.
