Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide project management and contract management services for the monitoring of contractual services for the operation of heating systems for Semiso's assets and those under management.This involves in particular :to provide technical, administrative and economic control and assistance concerning the operating contracts for the heating and collective hot water installations in Semiso's properties,to inform Semiso of possible changes to the heating installations in its properties and their management methods, with a view to improving user comfort, to optimize control of heating and domestic hot water costs, and to participate in the company's environmental policy,to provide technical assistance for the renovation and improvement of heating systems, taking into account possible sources of revenue (Tfpb rebate, energy saving certificates, eco-loans, etc.).)
