Engineering services for technical equipment according to paragraph 53 ff. HOAI, for the new construction of a 5-course grammar school, single and triple sports hall, a THV apartment, 2 underground garages and a 3-group crèche at Seeaustraße 1, 80538 Munich

The City of Munich is planning the following measures on the site:
New construction of the 5-course Luitpold-Gymnasium with new construction of a 3-course sports hall with club sports use and grandstand, full immersion possible and new construction of a 1-course sports hall with club sports use, full immersion possible as well as a crèche with associated outdoor facilities. In addition, two underground parking garages for cars and bicycles.
Due to the competition for space (tree and species protection, listed building, no-build zone, atypical layout of the plot) on the site, the most compact building structure and roof uses are required
The inclusion of the urban development concerns of the surrounding buildings
(monument protection for the adjacent residential building at Oettingenstr. 23, special structural feature of the State Archaeological Collection) is planned.
The building should be built as sustainably as possible. Timber construction and\/or timber hybrid construction, ecological building materials, circular construction, low energy consumption in production and operation, energy generation and minimization of the sealed area are relevant topics.
The construction project is expected to cover the following areas:
GFA approx. 20,800 m²
NUF approx. 12,500 m²
Conveyor technology:
2-3 elevators, with 7 stops and one elevator with 3 stops, depending on the floor plan of the architecture.
