Description

The contract covers a complete project management mission:- AVP: AVP studies and establishment of the works DCE,- ACT (consultation of companies on the basis of the AVP): analysis of applications and offers, participation in negotiations, assistance in the development of the market,- PRO: PRO studies, in close collaboration with the works company,- VISA,- DET,- AOR,- GPA.As part of its mission, the prime contractor will:- use the GED Mezzoteam,- ensure a specific quality mission, to ensure compliance with IN SNCF and ADP's SDQ,- ensure a permanent presence during the work phases under ITC/CC, HTI/RSO missions and the interface with SNCF for the management of ITC/CC/SNCF-E and must provide all documents related to the railway interface (DCS, NSF, ISF, etc.)) for which it will ensure a safety mission,- will ensure a safety mission with regard to aeronautical risks: easements to be taken into account, EISA to be established, obtaining prefectoral orders, lifting notices, etc..,- The additional missions entrusted to the project manager also concern the following services: - investigations and collection of additional data,- OPC,- synthesis mission,- interfaces and coordination with other stakeholders,- network management,- assistance with administrative and security procedures,- BIM.
